Analog Devices growing portfolio of high-side switches and MOSFET (FET) drivers provides a simple and effective solution to drive single, dual, triple. Additional features include UVLO, TTL/ CMOS compatible inputs, and a fault indicator. This feature allows the use of large gate capacitance high voltage MOSFETs. new TCK12xBG Series of load switch ICs that uses a new driver circuit. The internal MOSFET drivers of the LTC7067 feature a powerful 0.8Ω pull-down and 1.5Ω pull-up. The low amplitude Audio signal goes into the base of the transistor. I can get the low side to work just fine but the high side HO always remains at 12V no matter what input. The two drivers are symmetric and independent of each other, allowing complementary or non-complementary switching. I have been working with the gate drive IC IRS2186 and I have posted the recommended connections from the datasheet, with Vcc at 12V and the MOSFET high side voltage at 30V and 10♟ for C2 and 1♟ for C1. Both drivers provide excellent noise and transient immunity.
